The regional council in whose district your organisation (hospital, practice, company) has its headquarters.

Prerequisite
The approved or notified operation of an X-ray facility has been or will be terminated. The notification is made by you as the person responsible for radiation protection, authorized representative or radiation protection officer.
Procedure
You can complete the notification online here:
- Complete the form provided.
- Depending on the case, upload proof of disposal, whereabouts or inoperability of the X-ray equipment.
However, you can also notify the termination in writing. You will find the appropriate pdf document on the joint homepage of the regional councils.
